Location: Pretoria

The renovation and addition of this 70's Pretoria office building was the aim of the brief. The client City of Tshwane's main aim was to reappropriate the building and accommodate 8 of their departments. A new skin was added to the existing facade which improves the light and sun control as well as the aesthetics. The courtyard of the building was formalized to create a pleasant space for the public as well as tenants. A southern block was added to accommodate for services and circulation.
