Situated in Brooklyn Village this duet development aims at creating an urban lifestyle within a suburban village. The design approach was to create complete homes utilising compact spaces optimised in order to lower maintenance as a whole. The elongated property shape encouraged longitudinal building plans which allowed perfect northern orientation. The pool and garden areas is orientated in the same manner and allows for garden views from most of the interiors.
